ARE THE ROOTS LAB SNACKS GLUTEN-FREE?Yes, all of our products on The Roots Lab Online Shop are certified Gluten-Free, Non-GMO, Vegan, Kosher, and no-sugar-added.
ARE THE ROOTS LAB SNACKS SUGAR-FREE?All of our products on The Roots Lab Online Shop are certified Gluten-Free, Non-GMO, Vegan, Kosher, and contain no added sugars. The only sugars found in our snacks are those that occur naturally in the ingredients.
DO THE ROOTS LAB SNACKS CONTAIN ANY GMOs?No, our products on The Roots Lab Online Shop do not contain any genetically modified organisms (GMOs). Our products are made from all-natural, organic ingredients that are both healthy and delicious.

DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?No, you do not need to create an account to place an order and checkout. However, it will make checking out on your future orders easier if you choose to create an account at checkout! You can also use your Amazon Pay Account at checkout to streamline your order checkout.
HOW DO I RESET MY PASSWORD?If you’ve forgotten your password, you just simply have to head to the My Account area of our site, then click on the “Forgot your password?” button, and we will email you a reset link to your account email.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS?The Roots Lab uses all the standard payment portal options you’d expect from trusted online retailers, including PayPal, Amazon Pay, and most Major Credit Card Companies (Stripe).
IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ON THEROOTSLABSNACKS.COM?We use such external payment portals as Stripe, Amazon Pay, and PayPal, all of which use proprietary data collection methods on their secure networks to collect payment details for your Roots Lab order.
HOW SAFE AND SECURE ARE YOUR SNACKS PACKAGED?We take extreme care to ensure that your snacks arrive on your doorstep in the condition you’d expect, and we also offer additional protection options during checkout to ensure that your order is protected from extreme weather conditions.
HOW DO I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?Once you complete the checkout from our Shop, you’ll receive an email that contains all of your Order Details. It will also allow you to click an option to check the status of your order at any time. You will also receive an update once your order has been processed and shipped, and you’ll receive tracking information so you can keep track of your delicious order!

HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS IN STOCK?All of our items listed in The Roots Lab Online Shop are in stock unless otherwise stated on the Product Details Page. Out-of-stock items will typically be designated as such, and you will not be able to checkout with those items in your cart.
